The Birth of Kolben Food Gallery
As our community grew, so did our dream. Founded by visionary entrepreneurs Jorkendy Lai and Phillip Phan, we wanted to create a space where no one ever had to argue about what to eat. We took the energetic, welcoming vibe of Phi Coffee and expanded it into Kolben Food Gallery—now proudly recognized by Eater Dallas as one of the premier, must-visit Asian food halls in the DFW Metroplex.
Kolben was built to eliminate group dining decision fatigue, bringing a vibrant, modern street-market experience right to the heart of Arlington.

Slip into a bespoke food hall in Arlington, where all the vendors offer Asian food and drink, with the decor reflecting a largely Chinese spirit. From Vietnamese coffee to traditional dim sum and bao buns, this is a very civilized, if limited, take on the idea.

What. A. Vibe. This place is a hidden gem. The food is phenomenal, offering a range of different kinds but my favorite was the different Pho they offer. Boba is a winner, too. Grab a bite to eat and a drink then check out Hiep Thai to stock up on your favorite Asian produce and goods.

This place has a laid back chill ambience. I used to study here because they are open later. A great place bringing Asian culture to Arlington. Every Saturday, there is live music!
I'm not sure when the other restaurants are open but Phi has some reliable food options.
